We only purchase stamps in New or Usable condition and must have full original adhesive intact on the back side.
NEW CONDITION
These stamps are what we call Post-Office-Fresh, and are in full sheets, books, or rolls with no folds, bends, corner creases, scuff marks, or traces of soil.
USABLE CONDITION
These stamps may be in partial sheets, books, or rolls and may have slight to moderate folds, bends, corner creases, scuff marks, or traces of soil. Single stamps also fall into this category.
DAMAGED OR USED STAMPS
We do not purchase stamps that are damaged beyond use for postage, or stamps that have already been used.
